There are 3 ways to make payments:

1. Login to our online account management system:


Please note: The account manager will only work if your account as been activated and your billing is set to Credit Card billing. To activate your account, or if you are unable to login, please call 1.877.890.5310 and our support team will be happy to activate your account manager login.

2. Call our support team:

Hours: Mon - Fri 9:00am - 5:00pm EST
Sat & Sun Closed

3. Payments via check must include the following information in the memo field:

- Domain name

- Invoice number
- Account number

Send checks to the following address:

Please note:

- Payments must be received by the due date on the invoice

- Payments may take up to 10 business days to process
- Returned payments will garner a $25.00 fee
- Domain registrations will not be completed until payment has cleared, for this reason it is recommended that payments for domain registrations are made via credit card to ensure timely processing
