For legal and security purposes, all cancellations requests associated with your account must be made via email or fax. The following information will be required to process your request.
- Include your domain name.
- Identify each service(s) you wish to cancel (If you have hosting and domain services, please state which you would like canceled)
- Include the date you would like your service(s) to be canceled.
- On company if you are faxing (if possible).
You may email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. The email must also come from the account holder's email address.
Alternatively, requests can be sent via fax and must be signed by the account holder or a secondary contact listed on the account. Faxes can be sent to 1-815-550-9925 (Attention: CoreComm Hosting)
To ensure your request has been received, we ask that you also call us shortly after you send over your request at 1-877-890-5310.
Services will be canceled at the end of your billing month.
PLEASE NOTE THAT NOT PAYING FOR YOUR SERVICE, CANCELLATION OF PAYPAL SUBSCRIPTION, OR NO LONGER USING YOUR SERVICE IS NOT A SUFFICIENT MEANS OF COMMUNICATING YOUR INTENT TO CANCEL SERVICE. DOING SO WILL NOT ABSOLVE YOU FROM YOUR CURRENT PAYMENT OBLIGATION AND YOU WILL REMAIN LIABLE FOR ALL AMOUNTS OWED INCLUDING POSSIBLE PENALTIES AND LATE FEES.
